ESSENTIAL MOS
FOOD ADDITIVE

What is Essential-Mos?

ESSENTIAL-MOS, is an additive intended for animal nutrition, developed from the combination of three components: yeast cell wall (MOS and β-Glucans) zeolite mineral and essential oils of vegetable origin. Its purpose is to provide elements that can be specifically used by the animal’s intestinal flora. This allows a better functioning with the consequent benefits to the animal’s physiology, resulting in better productive and health indexes.

Why Use Essential-Mos?

PRESERVES INTESTINAL HEALTH: The presence of Mannanoligosaccharides and Betaglucans helps to effectively control pathogenic bacteria, such as Salmonella sp. And E. coli, due to its ability to agglutinate these types of microorganisms and eliminate them through the faeces.

REDUCES THE EFFECTS OF MYCOTOXINS: The components of the cell wall exert a greater adsorbing effect of toxins, such as Don (Dioxynivalenol), T2 Toxin, Zearalenone and Ochratoxin.

REDUCES THE SMELL OF FAECES AND IMPROVES ITS CONSISTENCY: The Zeolite component has a great cationic exchange capacity that gives it its excellent astringent and ammoniac odor capturing properties, allowing faeces of better consistency and less odor.

STIMULATES ANTIMICROBIAL AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTION: The essential oils that are part of ESSENTIAL-MOS, are characterized by having antioxidant activity in a natural, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory way, improving not only the productive indices but also preserving the food shelf life.
