What is Nucleo Yeast?
It’s a food additive resulting from a specific combination of the following ingredients:
- Yeast cell wall (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Provides MOS and beta glucans
- Inactive yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), enzimatically hydrolised. Contributes with nuclear contents like nucleotides, free nucleosides, glutamate and glutamic acid.
- Concentrated essential oils.
Why use Nucleo Yeast?
This complete additive helps preserve intestinal health through the synergic action of its components.
Preserves intestinal health. The presence of mananoligosaccharides and beta glucans helps to effectively control pathogenic bacteria like Salmonella sp. and E. coli, thanks to its capacity of agglutinating this kind of microorganisms, and eliminating them with the feces.
Reduces the effects of Mycotoxins. The components of yeast cell wall have a high adsorbent effect of toxins like deoxynivalenol, Toxin T2, Zaeralenone and Ochratoxin.
Naturally stimulates immunological activity. The presence of nucleotides and free nucleosides stimulate the proliferation of immune system cells, specially lymphocytes (that produce antibodies)and macrophages. Essential oils help in the improvement of the immune system.
Improves palatability. Components such as glutamate, glutamic acid and free peptides act synergically with essential oils, increasing the flavor and the attraction towards the feed.
Stimulates anti microbial and anti oxidant action. Essential oils found in Nucleo Yeast are naturally anti oxidant, anti microbial and anti inflammatory, not only improving productive rates, but also increasing the life expectancy of the product.
