Description
Edible cattle blood is presented as a dark brown, reddish powder, resulting of a “Spray-dry” method at low temperature.
Packed in 18 kg paper bags (three sheets) with thick polythene interior lining.
The “Spray-dry” method guarantees optimal final solubility. Keeping the nutritional values unadulterated, surpassing other methods of blood processing in “cookers”.
The temperature of this drying method enables the elaboration of a microbiologically stable product.
Indoors storage, in sealed bags, under dry fresh conditions ensure one year of stability.
